Silver Rings Highly Polished

Highly polished Sterling Silver Rings are cast of solid sterling silver. Each Silver Ring is stamped .925 indicating the proper percentage of silver is in the sterling alloy. These bands are finished to a mirror like shine. Although they are not mounted with stones the expense of precision casting and mirror polishing combined with the much heavier solid casting actually exceeds the cost of many of our rings set with semi precious gem stones.

Sterling Silver Rings that are Polished to a Mirror Finish

The Sterling Silver Rings or bands featured on this page are polished to a mirror finish. They should be treated as a delicate fine piece of jewelry. The products on this page are not plated, coated or treated for tarnish resistance. They are high quality sterling silver castings and will age with wear to a stable metallic finish. Many people prefer silver for it's natural beauty when aged. There are other bands that are rhodium plated. However in wide bands a rhodium plating can give an almost chrome like appearance. For that reason we have decided to offer the more traditional bands. Polishing pastes and polishing clothes will be helpful to maintain an appealing finishing. Other than using high speed polishing equipment there is no easy way to maintain the original mirror polished finish. Buyers of these bands should expect the original finish to change to a "natural" aged appearance.
